How long did ford use the same wheels on their trucks. I have a 51 f1 and would like to have the stock wheels. So would like to know what years are the same.

According to my "Motor Wheels Catalog"
1948 - 1964 F1/F100 used the same Wheel in the 16" 16x4.5 5-5.5 .620 Off-set

There is a thread in the MSN Slick 60s (61-66) forum in which the members discuss the size tires they have on their trucks. They all have 15" wheels. I don't think Ford furnished 16" wheels on the 61-66 trucks. The thread is at

The last year for this wheel with the internal locking nubs for the hubcaps was 1965. The size was 16x5. Part number was B4TZ 1007-A. 1966 was the first 16" rim with the external locking nubs.(D2TZ 1007-E) This was used for tube or tubeless rim. From 48-62, 8C 1015 was a 16 x 4.25 tube type. From 53-66, you could get a 15" x5 rim , part number TAAA 1007-B . Late 66 , part number changed to C5TZ 1007-D . THese were all for the F-1 or F-100's. Hopefully, this does not confuse you.
