Moter will crank but won't turn over. But I did notice the check gage and battery light stays on when the key is on the "on" position. I had just replaced the alternator 3 weeks ago. Someone help!!!

 

Does the tach move when cranking over? If not could be the CPS, get one from International not Ford. Also another thing to check is the fuel heater and fuse #22 under the hood, if it's blown unplug the fuel heater it's shorted out(unplug it anyway) and replace the fuse. Hope this helps I'm sure someone else will be along with even more ideas.

MAN...260,000 miles on an 03? Whats it been doing it's short life? My 02 that was only in service 17 months had 90,000 when I bought it, has 102k now.

 

I already got a cps from international and install it. But still not running!!! I did take both battery to Wally World and got them checked out. Both was good. Checked all fuses that was clear and moved around the ones that I couldn't see through. Please help. I use this truck to transport horse trailers to dealers all through out U.S. Bought this dam thing in Nov. 2002, last year along I put 173,514 miles on it.
