How about we get as many people as can make it together and hit up a spot like Lakeland Motorsports Park, they have a 1/8 mi dragstrip and a mud boggin hole and a small go-cart track...it could be alot of fun and i know the owner so we could get in for a small fee and party all day....who wants to go??
Is that the same dragstrip that you can see from the back stands of the Lakeland Speedway where they run the Hooters Cup races? We've been to the Hooters races a couple times and the last time there, we sat on the back stands, top row, and were able to watch the drags and roundy-round's. Pretty cool.
1/8th mile ........1/4 mile is where its at!
We could sit in the Seffner Wal-Mart parking lot and watch them change the gas prices at Race Trac!
I like the idea of meeting at Biffs!
we are thinking about starting a truck only club, i was thinking about getting back on the car show wagon, my last deal was the expedition on 22's airbagged and tv monitors everywhere with 6 JL audio 12's in the back. now im thinking about baggin the 150 and takin out the rear seat or intergrating some type of sub enclosure in the back to hold 4-15's. we should get together one weekend and all jus hang out....i got my daughter most times when my girl is workin but we can make arrangements with her mom to watch her for the day.
Wiz,my truck is a 97.The only mods I have done to it are limo tinted the windows(shes dark now),added a Dynomax muffler, and upgraded the stereo system? Can I park amongst the elder F150s?
ARE U SERIOUS? im not parkin my truck across the street from where imma EAT....thats bs i mean that shizz aint disney world and unless they provide a tram and security i aint leavin my ride unattended in a strange lot....maybe somewhere else for a meet up?
James, the Daycare lot is not that far away and you can still see your truck from Biff's lot, but if you really want you're truck parked there, you'll need to be there before the show cars/trucks start showing up. Probably somewhere around 2pm.
Carlenes right you can see your truck from Biff parking lot and nobody will bother it, However if you park in where the rods park they will tell you to move it. Like i said it's 79 and back cars and trucks.
