Still Pricing 428 Blocks
I swear there a pain in the butt to find one thats decent..
I called Dennis today at DSC..and he has a couple starting @ $450
But there bored .060 over.. He did say they were sonic tested..
But .060 over in a 428 arent the walls getting real thin?
I dont know? Maybe I should have kept my spare 390... But I always wanted to build a Cobra Motor!! I just a keep on a lookin!! Any Ideas?

If Dennis says that they are good then I would believe him but you have to think about the future of the block. It pretty much doesn't have one beyond the first and maybe second rebuild. The best thing to do would be to get one of his 390 blocks that are sonic tested to bore to 428 size and tell him you need it to be able to go .030 over for the future.
