Predator Question

Hey Guys,

Simple question. Can I tow with the High Alt tune on my Predator? I haven't used that setting yet and I was just curious. Also if I can what is the lb. limit?

Yes, you can tow with it. Its there so you can have safe EGTs while heavy towing at altitude.

Thanks one other question? What do "they" consider high alt? I live in phx and I tow a 33ft fifth wheel. I haven't towed it withe the exhaust and Predator yet I will be towing installed for the first time from about 1000 ft to 7200 ft elevation this summer making our annual trip to SLC utah, Also a couple camping trips too. With the truck stock it had no problems. I'm just a little worried about the turbo stutter. I really do not see it unless I am really on the gas. But obviously towing I wont be trying to race anyone but I dont want any problems either. Do you think it would be better to use the 40hp tow program or go straight to the High alt to begin with?
