Custom Emblems?
Does anyone know where I could look at getting my emblems custom painted?
I have been thinking about having my Grill Emblem, 4X4 emblem, & F-150 XLT Lariet emblems redone.

I would look into having them powdercoated. It's a lot tougher finish and you can get all kinds of colors including candies. A buddy of mine does this powdercoating and charges like 30 bucks for a minimum, maybe you could find a shop that is doing something with a color you like and just add these emblems to the job real cheap.

So you saying pretty much any body shop can do it? That would be good for me because within a 50 mile radious I can count over 100 custom retore shops.
I just figured something small like a emblem would have to be sent off.
I have eliminated it down to just the fender F-150 emblems. I was looking on ebay last night & ended up buying a This Custom Billet for my 88 4X4. So if it looks & fits as good as I hope it does I will have no use for the front grille or emblem.

Shouldn't be hard to find someone that powdercoats. You can buy small do it yourself setups for around 150 bucks I think from The Eastwood company, but you need an oven that you can never cook in again because this powdercoating is baked on. By the way these emblems would have to be metal to be coated.
