Dyno test data
Hello. Does anyone know of a web site that has archives of dyno tests? I've checked Westech but they only list two chevy engines. I'm putting together a recipe for a future engine build (mild 302 W) and want to double check before I spend the cash. Iv'e ran it through Desktop Dyno 2000, but just want to compare computer simulation vs an actual dyno test. Thanks!

I do not, but I have a couple of 302 builds in a book that were dynoed, maybe if you post your combo, I can see if they are any where close to what your wanting to put together and/ or achieve. If I find something I will let you know, good luck

Thanks. So far my combo looks like this : AFR 165 heads, comp cams 35-235-3 [dur @ .006 254 in/ 262ex lift-.477in .493ex lobe sep-111.0 in cntr line 107.0](351 cam reccomended by comp cams), 9.5:1 comp ratio, 600 cfm edelbrock, performer intake, 1 1/2 long tube headers, pro magnum 1.6 roller rockers. Desktop dyno shows 309 peak hp @5500 and 355 peak torque @ 3500. So far, this looks as close to what I want without the expense of converting to a retro roller cam set up.
