engine swap
I have a f350 , 4X2, with a 390 /4speed , I have a doner truck with a 302/auto/4X2. ones a 76, the doner is a 77. what will it take to replace the 390 with the 302 ? thanks ,bob

If you want to swap everything you probably have all you need ,but if you want to keep the 4sp. then you need to find a new /correct bellhousingto fit the 302 and you'll have to get a flywheel for the 302 ,properly balance for the year.You're going to notice quite a difference in low end grunt.
