confused

Ive looked at a few conversations about F250- F250 SD,F250 HD..all 4x4's..now my question is this,,if i order a suspension lift for my 1997 f-250 4x4,,,would that be the kit I need or do I need a SD,HD...or what.?I heard that mine is not an HD,nor an SD,,but i should order parts for an F-150...would someone please shoot me straight on this before i order..

They are all the same if you have a 99.5 and up unless you have the limited run 250's with the 150 body style.

Well mine is an 1997 F-250 4x4,,,would someone please look at my photos and tell me if its the F-150 body style?I feel realy stupid right now

Yep, just like the F-150s..............that would be the F-250 Light Duty..........

ok so now that we have figured out the style..does this mean I cant order parts for an F-250,it has to be orderd for an F-150?

I have never seen a lift labeled for the F-250 Light Duty.

As far as I know a '97-03 F-150 lift will work on it........I'd double check with the manufacturer of the lift and/or your supplier first.

It's a good truck, not as heavy duty as the Super Duty line of trucks, but wasn't built to be. I think it was made to be a little more truck than the F-150, but not quite as much as the F-250 Super Duty.
If I remember correctly they later sold it has the F-150 Heavy Duty, could be wrong though.

ok well thanks again guys,ill keep ya posted on the out come,,but im not planning on swamping it,,been there done that..lol but i do want it to look and run great.
