shift kits

how hard is it to install a b&m shift kit on an e4od tranny? i've been debating whether or not to get one. and also, can you tell the difference with one? any help would be appreciated. thanks

i did not know they had one available for an electronic controlled tranny. i know they make one that plugs in to something electical

I was wondering the same thing. I want firmer shifts in my 93 7.3L diesel but don't want to pull the pan. Since when it is in limp mode, it shifts like a raped ape, but is way soft normally you would think you could change the shift electronically. Anyone know how?
