1980 F100 372,000 miles
I gave my red 1980 F100 away to one of former owners in June of 2003. It had just over 372,000 miles on it. I bought it in 1999 with 350,000 on it. Didn't smoke or burn oil. It did have couple of leaks though. The distributor was froze, so couldn't time it. I had to do minor work to it to get it on the road. The new owner had to retire it after a hail storm though. No more winshield.
I was the fourth person at where I work to own that same truck.
I bought a " like new" 1996 F150 with just 96,000 on it last June as a replacement. It has 5.8L, let's see how far it goes... different forum too..

Miles on F250
Hi everyone, new user here. I have a 91 F250 4wd with this inline 6. I am at 242k right now. Still runs great. Use the heck out of this truck. Tows my snowmahines, camper etc. I run synthetics. Motor has never had any major work. Just a water pump and alternator. Oil consumption is nil.

I've got a '95 F-150 with only 42k on it. Use it mainly to pull a #5800 trailer which it does with ease ;-) The only reason I bought the truck in 95 with that engine was because my brother had one. He never took care of the engine but it still ran like a champ. (I take care of mine though!!)
