try again

Let me try this post again. I had my 6.0 reflashed two days ago due to my serviceman telling me I had to yada yada... I never really noticed any problems before other than an occasional burp and smoke but when I got it back it starts with a higher revs in the accelerator than before. It settles down quickly with no problems. Has anyone else experienced this? Could be part of the fix? Was also told that there are no current issues(tsb) with the injectors that are in my truck. Does this mean I have the newer ones or that ford does not require or ask dealerships to replace them. From what I have read here they dont.
Also could the problems with the 6.0 be associated/exacerbated more so in colder climates. Just a thought.
My biggest fear with this whole mess is to be left on the side of the road in this thing. I can handle taking it in to get it fixed for the other things(listed on Tims's survey) but not that.
To help me swallow the jist of this whole thing is my hope that the majority of the forum conversations here are from disgruntled 6.0 owners and that there are a lot of happy ones out there. Still love my truck but dont know for how long. Thanks for all the info guys.

I My self had my unfair share of problems with my truck BUT I wouldn't trade it for any thing. I look at it like this. It's the first year model and we all know what that means, we are the test dummy's, but the bottom line is that ford is fixing problems fairly fast and that is job #1 to me. As long as we complain thy will fix them.
the first month I owned my truck I was eligible for the lemon law but not ready yet to file because ford is working hard to fix the software problem like as fast as thy can. The engine injectors were fix in the late may trucks so now it's just programing. And that will be fix also, so be happy don't worry!!!!

Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
