Heater problem
I have a 2000 Ranger and thought someone here might help me with this problem. I flushed out the heater core by removing the two lines that connect to the valve, I aslo removed the vacuum line to it so I would not damage it in the process, and now I can not get vacuum to it. So i was wondering, did I screw something up by removing the vacuum line? If so what would be the fix for that? BTW the way I hooked the heater core lines back together with the right hose to the right side of the vlv and left hose to the left side of the vlv (basicly straight off the heater core). I also flushed the other hose that connect to the vlv one by one and hooked them back one at a time, so I don't think I crossed them. Would a crossed hose cause this problem?
Thanks for any help.
