Chips
We have 2 1997 PSD's one is a 5 spd the other an auto and were thinking about chipping them for towing. What is the best chip/programmer to get and what all has to be done to the truck ie: exhaust/air? Thanks Jake

Personally I like Ruffles... (Ruffles have ridges) 
all joking aside.. there's alot out there . I've been really happy with my SCMT 1705. running the lowest setting. what are you looking to get out of this upgrade. Power for towing? or just more power in general. there's alot of talk about this topic frequestly. and the best advise you may get will simply be opinion. Do a search for chips and programmers and see what has been posted.

I have a 1997f250, I started with the exhaust and airbox first. I then purchased a chip from Banks, I am very happy with the results. www.bankspower.com
