99 Explorer

I do not have my youngest daughters 99 owners manual,my problem is,does anyone know how to change the headlight timer on this vehicle,It stays on 6-7 mins after shutting the engine off.

On my 99 Explorer, the light timer is on the rear view mirror. It says delay on it. You set it at what ever level you want. It will turn on the lights automatically when it gets dark.

Invision is correct. Move the sider to the right for more time and to the left for less time. If you move it all the way to the left the lights will not come on automatically.
