When I went to plug my truck in yesterday I found out that the block heater wire is cut.

One wire right behind the plug is sliced right through. I need a new plug, but does anyone know if any extension cord plug thing will work?

Do I need to get a special plug considering the abuse and road grime this plug will see?

 

Any good quality external grade extension cord plug end will do the trick.

I figured as much as long as it is outdoor rated.

Now to see if I can find one that looks good too...
