No Crank No Start Assistance

Hello all 👋 Hope all is well. I've done so much research but can't seem to figure out this issue.

I have a 2010 Ford Explorer that sat for some time because of transmission issues. I used to start the engine from time to time to let it run, but one day it wouldn't crank over and the instrument cluster was very upset, lit up like a Christmas tree.

Come to find out, the harness running along the right side frame rail along with the frame to body ground were chewed through. Well, I fixed the harness and replaced the ground strap and nothing.

While the instrument cluster is less angry, it still has some lights up. Still no crank no start. The starter works fine, I can jump the relay and the engine cranks over. The fuel pump is kaputs unfortunately probably form sitting. There is no issue with the security system. There is no issue with the Safety Neutral Switch. There were some blown fuses but those have since been replaced. When scanning I do get multiple codes along with a C2780-60 code which indicate to me that the GEM/SJB is possibly bad. I tried reprogramming it so it can come out of "Manufacturer Mode" but no good. Tried that 3 times using an Autel and all three times were successful supposedly but it's still in Manufacturer Mode.

Is it possible that the GEM/SJB Module is bad? Is it possible that the PCM is bad? At the moment these are the only conclusions I can come up with. I'd like to add that I tried to program two new keys and after upon completion the explorer still didn't recognize the new keys.

I'm ready to rebuild the transmission now and would like it to start again lol

Did you check all the fuses to see if maybe a fuse or two blew when the critter was chewing through the wires?

Yeah, checked all. The fuel pump fuse had blown but I replaced that already. Otherwise, all the other fuses were still good. Both in the Engine bay fuse box as well as the interior fuse box.
