The toy I might get to use 2 months of the year is 2 times more expensive than the needed means of transportation used 12 months of the year. I agree . I bought the truck last summer out of Auburn Maine for I think $700. The sled I believe I bought in 2022 for, um I don't remember but maybe $2000 because the track was ripped and mileage was around 10000 miles. I bought that in Guilford Maine. The sled isn't worth that now as it has over 19000 miles but it has the venerable 1200 triple 4 stroke so engine has thousands of miles left in it. I do have a lot of money in shocks on it though. I bought the trailer this summer for like $325. I did put new tires and deck on it and had a neighbor do some aluminum welding on a couple joints. I sold the previous one that this one replaced for like $150. I have a clamshell that goes on it but the pivot arm on the shell broke so I need to repair that.
