conversion

I've got a '93 F-150 with a 302, and I want to put a bigger engine and tranny into it. I currently have an EFI, but want to go to carburation. How much of a headache should I be expexting? I'll need to totally change the fuel system and rip out the computer, correct? I realize I'll need to do something with the motor mounts, obviously, but what about hooking up to the t'case? There's adapter plates, I'm sure, right?
Any help, suggestions, ideas, anything would be great!! Thanks.

Don't bother going carb, not worth it. Stick with EFI. If you have an automatic tranny, I think you have to stay EFI because the computer system shifts it.
