My FIL sold me his 2000 F-250 last summer.
He threw in almost all of his tools, welders, etc. to boot.
We lost him unexpectedly just after Christmas... the old goat.
"His" truck has just over 151k, as I drove it to work today.
had to do IPS a couple weeks ago,
Circuitous? He inherited his FIL's truck (not Ford) some 30+ years ago.
I have that truck too. One day the wife and I will restore it - she thinks it's hers.

Thanks for the Add. You guys make me realize how much I don't Know about this truck. Currently searching for a few body parts as had a slight issue on very dangerous Icy roads in Iowa, on 1/26/19. I won't bore you but these Trucks are Ford Tough, for sure. I wouldn't have been on I- 380 North but was trying to see My Son and Team wrestle for Conference. My Heart won out that day as No One should have been on the Sheet of Ice. A couple from Alabama were in a hurry and not sure if they've been on Ice prior to our little meeting. I got a hell of a ride , was in my third correction to recover and the 18 wheeler hit me again somehow. Front left fender, frnt bumper and rear panel are toast. The Brine used on Iowa Roads in the Winter destroys any vehicle this girl needs a lot of body help due to rust. I'd like to find a decent used flat bed out West, but the money tree needs a boost of chicken ***** to get there. I slid into the median and still just shake my head, I was feeling like a Lotto Winner. Very Fortunate. The F250 was responsive, took the beating and saved my chicken ***. Our Lisbon Lion Wrestlers dominated Conference while I dealt w/ the Crash Zone. A pretty decent day, overall. I credit the Ford Tough factor or it could have been a whole lot different. Again, Thx for having me. This forum is the Real Deal !
