New key program issues
I have have a 2011 f250 that only had 1 key when I bought it. I ordered a new already cut key and tried to program using forscan. I erased all keys and programmed both keys (my existing plus the new key). Both keys will now start and operate the truck but I had to do the 8 key cycle process to get the fob on the new key to work. The issue I'm having now is that the new key is functional for everything except the remote start. My original key still works with remote start. And the original key when the ignition is turned to run position it cycles the door locks like it's entering programming mode or something. Any help would be appreciated.
