352 Heads on a 390

I have a set of freshly rebuilt 352 heads that I want to put on a 390 going into my 67 f100. Is there any reason they wouldn't fit?

No reason. They will bolt right on. Have they been resurfaced? If so, how much was taken off?

Be sure your pushrods are the right length. And the correct bolt in the oil supply hole.
