I found some which referenced FT heads and manifolds, including one with a picture. 2bbl carb.

And no doubt I was looking at much the same thing you both were.

The VIN says this truck came with a 330 MD.

What's in it now appears to be a 4bbl FE with typical old age "fixes" etc as noted in post 7.

OP can measure the stroke and shed more light on the whole thing.
