talk about tax evaluations , my town does it every dame year. don't think about not letting them in, if so they check off every box as a upgrade taxes go up.

We did have cool weather and lots of winds in my area yesterday! Where is spring???

 

Good morning New Yorkers everywhere...feels like 3* to start the morning...great spring so far.

 

Nice 20 degrees out. Light snow last night, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Easy to sweep off the walk. Dog out and back in. Coffee ready, Recliner ready. Sipping and surfing time.

 

the dogs went out ran right back in, yah dogs are dumb NOT!

 

Evening guys. We got 4-5 inches this morning and it started out at 16. Not very nice.
