Another project

Bought a 1930 Model A coupe taking the body off and putting it on a new frame. I still love my 55 F-100 so am I crazy or what.

Have to upload the pic's of the new frame so will ad to this later. Not letting the 55 get on the back burner just letting it simmer.

What's wrong with the existing frame? The car looks pretty clean in that photo...

Just wanted the new frame I am not a skilled fabricator so sold the old frame and got all new front and rear (new everything). Plus I need to get this done so I can maybe sell and get something else. I told myself I would not buy anything that needed work. After thinking about that I decided that it is the journey and not the destination.

I figured that if BJ can buy projects so can I.

When you change the frame you loose the serial number.

The replacement manufactured frame should have a new title-able number. It's a shame to see something relatively clean cut up so I can only hope the original frame and title saved something.

Everything is good as far as numbers. Not to worry kids. As Kevin said some things must die so others will live. I am sure that no one on this site as altered the stock truck they have. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
