Howdy and Good evening Snowbunnies, Frozen Cowboys and Patriots.....

13°F and headed down to 6°F for a low..... Burrrrrr
Warm Fall to Winter in a week.... We didn't need this....

This morning I didn't get up until 0630 and had to drive Theresa to school..... The Honda was at BigO getting studded winter tires on.
Got home, didn't feel well.... abdominal pain.... constipation problems, which are common.
Napped with the doggies in my comfy recliner ...... About 1000 hrs I felt much better.... Up and At'em.... Breakfast and then dressed for work in the cold....
Got the snowblower running..... and then everything went wrong..... The throttle broke off.... the governor wasn't working..... the discharge cute controls were frozen..... ...
I got real tempted to go to Home Depot and buy a battery powered snow blower..... Ryobi, just like my lawn mowers.
Really pissed me off.... Last month I had the blower running and everything checked out ok..... ??
Then I had to get a ride to BigO and pick up the Honda. Dropped off the honda at school and got a ride back home.

Continued clearing the driveway and ran out of gas..... *****... can't find the gas can....
Grabbed another gas can, empty of course.... went to the gas station and paid $4.80 per gallon for non-ethanol fuel..... By now it was time to go to the range and shoot pictures.....
Snow cleared....

Then it was time to toss a chicken in the oven for dinner....... Ooops... I was supposed to kill it first........ .... Smoked chicken....

Dinner was very nice.... Yummy

Now it is recliner time....
Fire going in the wood stove.... Life IS Good.....

Tomorrow.... No Home Depot again.... Get back to work on the Montana....
I also need to get the bird feeders filled for the critters.....

Extra blanket tonight.....
Have a good night's rest.....

Fantastic Friday Montana, Roy and all the Cowboy Coffee Crew.
Roy, it sounds like you had an interesting day to say the least. I am glad everyone is safe, warm and doing their thing! Stay warm, stay in and be good! If you can!

Good morning gentlemen, Sailors, Cowboys and Patriots.....

Another frosty day in the Big Sky Country....... Burrrrr
9°F & 83% humidity with 5 mph breeze..... High temp of 17°F. Ma-Nature is freezing us.....
Last night's fire was warm and relaxing.....
This morning the furnace is getting a workout.

I can work on some wood pieces from the Montana bedroom that are in the garage and rec-room.
Maybe a nap today..... Anything warm.....

Tomorrow I work at HD.... Start at 0700.... burrrrr

Have some fun today.....

Morning Roy, and I would claim self-preservation and stay in, stay warm, stay fed and snuggle with Lynn and the fur kids!

It is the Weekend Eve and almost time to party the evening away in a warm cozy house! Today will be the start of the cooldown for us culminating Monday by really starting our Fall. 75° today and a brief rain, Tomorrow 73° and maybe rain, 73° and rain on Sunday but Monday rain and 53°.

Good morning Frozen Cowboys and Patriots.....

Feet hit the deck at 0500...... First order of business - turn up the heat 🔥
We set the heat at 64° when we go to bed. 68° during awake hours.....

Our outside thermometer shows 9°F & 10 mph wind = wind chill of -15°F
The weather service shows 1°F and 9 mph wind = wind chill of -25°F
I think winter is here...... No ***** !

The truck is plugged in, so it will make heat quickly......
I am going to pull out the BIG Winter coat this morning.....

Yesterday was a slow start..... got going by late morning.
Did some painting ..... parts in the Rec-Room.
Other parts in the garage got sanded. Cut my finger on the edge of the sanding disk..... I didn't know that was possible....

The BAD news.....
The awning was out when the snow first started..... evening time. I forgot I had the awning out. By morning, when I saw that the awning was out, it had too much snow on it to do anything.
Yesterday I was again trying to get snow off of the awning..... One side....the arms bent and the whole mess collapsed.
I wonder if insurance covers such a thing.... ???

I have to get ready for work at Home Depot.....

Have fun my friends......

It has been a ThongTastic Saturday in my woods. Started the day at 55°, overcast and a warm breeze. It has been overcast and gray all day with one brief rain this morning and we have made 72°, the sky has lightened up and as I type I see very warm bright sun along with the warm breeze!

Howdy guys.....

Good shift at Home Depot....
Stayed quite busy..... not a bunch of customers, steady flow plus a bunch of other duties..... Time flew by.
Sent one guy out the door with about $4,000. of wire and materials..... That helped our numbers.... All week sales have been below par.
Got out of there about 1330 hrs....
Home to a yummy lunch..... then I hit the recliner.....

No worky on the Montana project tonight.... Lazy bum time....
Already after 1900...... time for food...

Tomorrow, Sunday, going to church service..... Some work at home and then leave the house around 1500 for The Orange Store..... 1530 - 2000 shift.

Have a good night's rest.....

Evening Roy and glad you made the day at the Orange. Big box doesn't see the elephant about to run over them but see the 2 Mosquitoes that did nothing but aggravate the rest! LOL
They never fret about the 300 day a year the are more then 100% above average. Ther will have unrealistic fears about the 60 day a year the things are par. BUT they will have a total and unrealistic COW over the 5 days that are under average.
Have a great night and a wonderful service tomorrow.
I will be doing the live stream tomorrow, so I don't take a chance on passing what I have/had to anyone else!

Joyous Sunday morning Montana, Roy, George and all the Big Sky Cowboy Crew. Looks to be a beautiful start to the morning in Montana by the looks of the sunrise!
0800 your time, 1000EST!

We started the morning at a mild 60°, 4/100th of rain by 0600 and heavy dense fog! We are headed to a high of 70° and intermittent rain throughout the day. But later in the evening the Monsoons set in for at least 2 days according to the Soothsayers Crystal Ball. The we start the fall cooldown with temperatures at night at or just below freezing, days in the 30's to 50's but nothing white.

Roy, have a blessed day. I am staying home and will live stream the service. I don't want to take a chance on taking something I have/had to the Church family.

A mighty fine good morning to ya'll Cowboys and Patriots.....

Pretty much clear skies..... about 5 mph wind or so..... 20°F with the high expected to be 34°F..... Yippeee, above freezing and some nice sunshine 🌞

I will be working at HD this afternoon..... 1530 - 2000 hrs.....
I will have a few hours between church service and Home Depot. We will see what happens when the time comes....

Didn't get out of the sack until 0800 and my back hurts a bunch..... don't know why.... Well, start the day off with some pain meds...

I have to get ready to head out to church..... Have some fun today and thank the Lord for a wonderful day......
