2015 F250 Death Wobble

Happy to report that I seem to have conquered the DW with the replacement of the trackbar and ball joint. I also finally replaced the tires which has definitely improved the ride. I recently drove over the section of interstate where the truck always experienced the DW and even at 75MPH, the truck steering was rock solid.

I have read several threads on the casters. What size casters are people going with? Is it the same or different size for drivers side vs passenger? I have heard differing reports. Also have heard differing reports on getting it aligned afterwords.

I may be wrong, but I don't think the alignment shop can adjust much of anything relative to caster...at least directly. Basically, you install the caster bushings with the amount of caster you want and that's what you get...along with whatever is built into the system. I know the ones I installed are slightly different amounts left/right to compensate for the crown in the road.
