Seeing how you have an earlier model with possible only one sensor, it should be located on the right side of the vehicle, either on the lower part of the exhaust manifold or just below it about one to two feet. If you open the hood and look down toward the oil pan and just behind the wheel. If you have a six, it will be located further back in the Y pipe or just behind it. In any case it will be the only component in the exhaust system with wires attached to it (2-3).
