Electrical problems

I have a 2020 F350 crew cab longbed diesel. A couple months ago I had airbag warnings, collision sensor warnings, rapid turn signals, no turn signals operating on the side mirrors and the fan would not function.
I had this again today. It only does this when the headlights are on, turn them off and things work normally.
If someone has had this, please let me know. It’s 2-3 months to get it into the dealer right now.

Welcome to the FTE forum.

These trucks are sensitive to low battery voltage. Your truck is old enough now that the batteries could be weak. Have each battery load tested with the positive lead disconnected from the truck. If either, is weak, replace both.

Another option is the famous connectors that are at the corner of the frame where it meets the rear bumper on the left side. If they have become wet (ever!) they can corrode and drive the BCM computer nuts. Pull the connectors apart, clean, and treat with a small amount of dielectric grease.

One or both of these are responsible for all sorts of electrical angst in super duty trucks.

My neighbor’s F150 started doing all kinds of crazy things like that and it turned out to be moisture intrusion in the passenger side taillight. Apparently there’s some sensor in there that is sensitive.

Thanks, I’ll look at that. The bed and rear bumper were off shortly before this started. The RR tire blew out and ripped the inner fender well.
we’ve had a lot of snow, ice and slush lately too.
