Morning World ! Not much going on this day.... podiatry appt early PM to get hooves clipped. That's about it. Should prob begin taking down the old Xmas tree and take it to the dump tomorrow. Hope your day today goes as planned.

A Doctor once asked if anyone in the family suffers from Insanity. I said "NO" the all seem to enjoy it until it is interrupted by the long periods of sanity!

Morning World ! Waiting for my contractor to show up to see what's wrong with my gas water heater thermostat. No matter how low I set it (except off) the water always is 140° or a little above. Too hot for me and Penny. Under warranty and contract so no cost to me for any repair. Got an arrival time between 0730 and 1200 hours. Past 0730, so no telling when he'll be here.

Guess it takes one to know one, Ken.

 

Got the artificial tree down, stripped of our belongings, stuffed back into the original carton, stuffed into the bed of the 250 and carted it off to the recycle dump. They said put it into bin #2. Done ! Came back home, straightened out the living room, read the morning papers, ate a late lunch and scanned the states. Not much going on anywhere 'cept 'braska reading about Pat's trip on the ice ! Poor Pat - can't go back to work for a while now 'cause of a broke ankle.

Good morning Bud...all of Bud-land...Happy Saturday For All!!! Big game for the Ravens this weekend as they head to Cincinnati...can they pull off the big win???

 

Morning World ! Think I'll take the day off, after all it IS Saturday ! Notice the days getting longer in the afternoon. Between today and the 21st we gain 16 min of daylight in the PM but only 4 minutes in the AM. Weird how that works. Guess this will give us extra time in the afternoon to shovel/sweep/plow/remove any white crap that may come our way.

Ken, I believe our season will be over at the end of the Bengals/Ravens game. Without Jackson as QB and even our back-up QB in danger of not being able to play doesn't bode very well for the Ravens. As the Brooklyn Bums used to say: "Wait till next year"
