NY's Santa is Coming To Town December 2022 BS Thread
Time to rip another month off the calendar as we start off the last month of the year. Old Man Winter is knocking on the door and the days keep getting shorter. Just a friendly reminder that Christmas is coming up in just over 3 weeks so you still have time to get your shopping done. With that being said, time to get busy and let the BS fly.

Time does fly by when were having fun. I'll change the calendars and give the dog his monthly meds , after a cup or 2 of coffee.

Morning everyone and welcome to December. Well the temperature outside sure makes it feel like it is December but there is no snow on the ground to go with the cold. Currently sitting at 32* but the wind chill is down in the 20's. Hope that your day is going well.

That's good news, Pat
Back from Wally. While putting groceries in the wagon,a lady stopped by. She was wondering why a Virginia dealer sign was on the wagon with NY plates. I bought the wagon 20 years ago at the county school auction. Her folks had a wagon like mine. Turns out she is looking for a house to buy. She's coming over Saturday.

Back a few weeks ago when the Buffalo area was getting hammered with all of the snow, I saw a picture of this and meant to post it. New York had sent resources from the State Fire division. This is one asset that was sent.....it is called "The Beast"

Not even a 4 sale sign or an ad in a paper yet. Already shown the place to more people than when we had it listed with a realtor about 8-10 years ago.
