Need help
You have the SROD. Single Rail Over Drive. 4 speed OD transmission. Is yours an aluminum case? Somehow these got called a Clark in some book but they aren't Clark--they are a Ford T&C top loader design, and licensed to Tremec for use in later stuff like Jeeps.
Not sure about those shifter parts, but that transmission and variants were used in light trucks and cars like Mustangs.
You can talk to these folks. Emphasize that you have the detached turret shifter. Other models of this transmission have an iron case with external linkage like the "old days", and one with the shifter on the top cover.

(note I don't see the turret shifter but that doesn't mean they don't have parts)

And others.
You will see this transmission repeated referred to as a "3 speed + OD". It's NOT. It is a 4 speed OD. Up until about 1986 you could get a 3 speed column shifted transmission with an OD attached. It was shifted electrically or way back by a cable--not shifted by the transmission shifter. THAT is a 3 speed + OD.
Does it matter? Only to be clear so you get Ford/Tremec parts instead of Borg Warner parts.
If you have the budget, time etc, you can upgrade to the Mazda M5OD that was offered starting in 1987.

If you want the top mount, will that top mount come through the floor in a usable spot or will you have to pull out the heater or something?
Your flywheel should be able to be reused--it can be resurfaced. If not, Summit or O'Reilly's or other auto parts should be able to get one for you.
You clutch--ditto the auto parts folks.
Bell housing--why do you need a bell? That will be a salvage yard part--again, search for it by year and model.

It's basically SMOD, SROD, or TOD. The SMOD and SROD, besides the shifter differences visible from under the truck are easy to identify in the cab as the shifters are back almost touching the bench seat. The later TOD trans has the shifter farther forward, like a T-18, NP435, or M5OD.
The M5OD didn't show up until 1988. The Bricknose started in 1987, but they still had 4spd's for the first year. I believe the F350 diesel and 460 trucks got the ZF5 in 1987, but the rest of the F150/F250 trucks didn't get the 5spd until 1988.
