Running issues

Hi all I have a 01 f250 5.4l that I have been working on, just recently I replaced the head gasket on driver's side and now when I start it up it runs like crap, low on power the stft on both banks is lean witch made me think I have a vacuum leak somewhere but I searched and checked everything I even did the starting fluid method and came up empty handedMy question is if the timing on the one head was off one tooth would that cause the problem I'm havingIt's not throwing any other codes beside lean codes

one tooth off on the timing is a long ways and could be your issue
