fixed
after being in the shop for over a week i took my truck home and within an hour i found the problem and fixed it. it seems as if the sprout conecctor started to corrode and the computer wasnt able to take over the engine timming.

also for you guys in the detroit area do not take your truck to gordies garage on 12 mile & calhon they have no clue on what they are doing.
