Ordered my very basic XLT on Jan 31st, still hasn't been built.

 

I still can't believe that happened with a limited. Also, every time I see the red it makes me second guess changing to black (but I've had 6 good years with the red and it's time for a change).

 

I'm going from a black platinum to the red... the red looks sharp, hoping the blue/grey interior on the limited isn't too much of a clash with the red exterior.

An interesting tidbit is that this is a Canadian VIN...

Makes one wonder why Ford Canada can deliver an upper trim 450 in a month, but Ford US cannot deliver one to some people for years.

It is indeed an order from Canada, and they just bumped up the shipping date... under two months from order to delivery! Feel bad for the folks who have been waiting so long for theirs... doesn't make sense.

 

 

Some are more luck than others!

 

My order for my Lariat CCLB, diesel was on 2-20 and went into production today, 4-30. Not bad compared to some. Not good compared to a few others.

Still nothing on the schedule, starting to get frustrated

 

I ordered the same truck on 1/29/24 and was delivered on 4/22/24. Did you get a build date yet? I had my build date about 3 weeks after the order.

 

No build date yet, no communication other than after the first 45 days saying they'll give me an update again in the next 45 days.

 

My truck's build date/week was Monday the 6th. So far no updates. The tracker shows in production but no date with it. I assume until it does it really isn't being built or maybe there's a lag time. The window sticker was created on 4/30. Hoping to hear something by the end of week, maybe.
