I had that happen for 2 or 3 days straight. The fields with order number and VIN would populate automatically when I clicked the link in Ford's email. Then they'd just disappear and I'd get nothing.
I started another thread and asked about it. Apparently it had happened to others. It's been working fine the last few days. Except for the part about my truck not being built yet!
Others recommended the Mach E site to track and that one did indeed work when the Ford site did not.

 

Just ordered a F250 Saturday. I just hope I have it by June.

 

My info on the spreadsheet has vaporized. Please check and correct. The spreadsheet is my main source for build data and info on all the forum trucks.

Phoenixfla, I dont want to screw up your spreadsheet so I wanted to get this out ahead of time. I had to cancel and reorder my F250. Will this cause issues in your spreadsheet due to my zip and color code being the same on both orders?

 

It should overwrite the 1st entry, but if not just let me know and I'll delete the 1st entry. I'm assuming your talking about the unscheduled list?

 

No, this would be for the scheduled list. I was scheduled 8 days after my order.....but now I need to return to the unscheduled list and work my way back up.

 

So I added my new entry to the Unscheduled List, and you will notice it is pulling in the 'Date of notification...' and 'Expected Build Date' from the previous record.

Ordered 2022 XLT SD now built and in shipping but I noticed that in the Ford tracking order site, it says 4.2 lcd screen when clearly all XLTs should have 8". Does anyone have this? Did ford screw up?

 

I think that refers to the screen in the instrument panel not the sync screen.

 

actually if you see the title of each picture. On is under console and the other pic is under infotainment and app category

 

So I finally got my vin number today on a truck I ordered 9/27, I used the vin decoder and noticed upfitter switches were not listed. Is this something not normally listed by vin?
