Well, I have viewed my window sticker about 100 different times. (I know, don't ask.) LOL And it has always said 11/30 at the bottom. Well today I looked, and it changed to 12/8. (I have a build week of 12/6)
So I am hoping maybe this is good news, and maybe my truck is being built as we speak.

 

I've got an order that's in production but there's no window sticker yet. Is that normal?

 

No, that's not normal at least in my case. When I got the Your Truck Is Scheduled for Production email from Ford, my Window Sticker was available.

 

Once I got the email- "your truck is scheduled for production", like the next day, my window sticker was available.

 

My F250 order was sent to the factory on 11/16 and I was able to view the Window Sticker shortly after that. It has been in production since 11/24 and the date has changed at the bottom a few times, as it has advanced thru the production process. However a few days ago, I can no longer pull up my window sticker thru the official Ford Vehicle Tracking site (returns a 404 error when trying to pull it up). Something is going on with their system, I believe and others on this forum have also seen.

I would try the Mach-E site, as I am able to see the Window Sticker and the changes thru that site.

Today was my eta end date. This morning at 5:30am the Jack Cooper site had all of the info filled in however it was still pending. I was pumped thinking the delivery was close as Im 4 hours from the load site. At 8:00 am all the info was gone again. False alarm? I talked to my dealer but I knew as much as he did. I was told they have been running about a week on delivery.

 

10-4. Definitely don't have either. The excitement and mystery continues haha

 

I did some more digging today and it does appear that Ford locked down their API which hosts the customer data. I think it is unlikely that we will be able to access the data outside the Ford.com tracker. Therefore, sadly, the spreadsheet has become obsolete.

I want to thank everyone who has participated. We tracked 634 trucks through to delivery, and had about 400 active trucks in various stages before the data was cut off.

I feel bad for all of you who's only resource is the ford tracker, but I guess that's the way Ford wants it.

I'll leave the broken spreadsheet up for awhile.

Thank you for all your work in development and upkeep of the spreadsheet. It was aggravating and exciting at the same time. I was excited to see my name finally move up from the mid 200’s but Ford denied me that by shutting down their side a couple days before I got STP. Thanks again.

 

Ok now I don't know what's going on. Sorry to be so annoying.

Now my window sticker says 12/3. An hour ago it said 12/8. (i screenshot it) Now it changed to 12/3. Am I the only one having these types of issues??

 

Ford is just building up your hopes just to slam dunk you back to the ground. Who knows what is going on anymore. They shut down our best info source, made all of our trucks Tremors, Don't tell us anything but lies, and it keeps going.
