Z Flash OBD II module. Fits 2011-2019 F250 & F350, 2016-2019 F450 & F550 according to the Z Flash website. 
Last used in my 2019 F250 XLT Premium. I had to buy the new BCM plug in model for my 2020 so this one has become excess and won't ever be used again by me. 
These sell for $179 on the website but they come with a switch to change patterns and a hardwire pigtail, neither of which I can seem to locate. A USB cord is included. This module is activated by holding the stalk in the high beam position for a couple of seconds. It turns off the same way.
