Purchased this new from stage3motors in August 2019 for 400+ bucks. 15k miles or less on it (drove cross country with it)
This is the pass thru shock system that has adjustable settings for stiff or softer cycling. it mounts with a bolt and a clamp onto the drag link of any superduty. It is a nice upgrade from the stock one and can handle larger tires (35" is fine) I will say you get a little bit of bump steer with this given its design- however it must be effective because it protected me from DW despite worn tie rod ends and drag link.
The good: fully functional, no marks or scuffs, half the cost of a new one.
the bad: needs new orings. (10$ kit) as the ones installed have cracked and pushed out.
