Evening, folks. My brother came down from Casper and we camped in my trailer in Drake, CO. It's in the Big Thompson Canyon, between Loveland and Estes Park. We worked Saturday on my dad's house. My wife and my aunt cleaned the inside, while my brother and I worked on the outside. My dad is a hoarder. There's no disputing that. He just won't let go of stuff, that has no real value. 10 lb transformer? Yep, he has plans for it. I can't reason with him. Well, I can but I simply can't talk that much, nor do I have that much patience.

I know what that is like Jim. That is why in the last couple of months I have been disposing of junk. I need to start at Mom's as well. Dad hoarded a lot of old electronic EQ from the 50 until the mid 90's. I am still trying to get rid of it.

There's something not right in his mind. He's not telling the truth. He has his house listed for what he wants, not what he can get.

Well gents, the bumper project is finished for the foreseeable future. It turned out a couple shades lighter than I would prefer but looks pretty sweet anyway. I'll probably end up pulling it and modifying it in the future, there are a few things I want to change.

. 4 years ago, a baby boy was born to a very happy mother.. he was about a year and a half when his life changed for the worse, as a new boyfriend entered the picture.. strange how that little kid who all of a sudden was so accident prone! Well, at two years old, another 911 call from the boyfriend saying how the boy slipped or something, and has been unresponsive for a while, ( for a while mind you), by the time he met with the ambulance, (car troubles you understand) the little 2 year old had been dead for a while. The boyfriend didn't even call the mother the entire time all this happened.. she only found out when the police got involved. It's been two years now since his death, and the mother has had all his toys, etc. in storage.. she called us a couple days ago and said "I know you have a toddler grandson, and I'm sure my son would love for him to have the toys, especially his dinosaurs and his favorite truck.. so my grandson is very happy, and plays with the toys all the time.. I told the mother I am certain her son is looking down from Heaven smiling away!
The boyfriend is rotting in prison as we speak.

Jim - something like that before my Dad passed. We wanted to clean out the garage and back room. But he wouldn't let us saying "someone will want it" and that never happened! now no one wants it unless you are paying them to hall it off.
