pulling engine and trans

So I have a 92 F150 with 5.0 and E4OD trans. that I am parting out. Whats the best way to hook up for pulling engine and trans together?

I use a plate that bolts to the lower intake in place of the upper. I always pull the engine/trans separately. Too big and heavy/awkward to do together.

I usually do too, but I have the whole front clip off and I use a forklift for pulling. I'm trying to sell the two together so they are going on a pallet to be loaded on a trailer.
