2001 Ford Excursion Limited. 7.3 L Diesel. Mileage is 208,000 and this is my daily driver, so + ~15 miles/day. I have driven this truck since 2016 and have all of the service records. The engine, transmission and systems are all well maintained and running smoothly. I have all service records since 2016 and it was serviced locally. With the after-market chip set at +5/10 hp I average very close to 28 mpg going just under 70mph. At around 62mph you will exceed 35mpg. I bought this when my family was considering getting a tow-behind camper. On a full tank the truck will travel over 600 miles. The interior leather is in good shape. These are the issues that I know of: the front-passenger side door lock actuator needs to be replaced. The door locks but only manually. Same with the rear-window. I had the vent windows on the back deactivated soon after buying it and do not care to reactivate them. I think that's it. The tires are Toyo Open Road purchased for toying a ~28 foot trailer and are in good condition. The truck is 2WD and is ideal for someone needing a reliable, well-maintained vehicle for family road trips or pulling a large boat or camper.
