Could have rust caught in the valve.

Thats what I am thinking. Bit of rust in the valve is plugging it just enough to reduce the water flow.new faucet is 50 bucks so easier then trying to find the right valve to replace it.

Close has it.

Our Home Depot is too far out for me. Probably take me an hour to go round trip to HD where as Lowe's is 30 minutes round trip.

Closest home depot for me is maybe 10 minutes away. Closest 2 lowes are at least 20-30 minutes away. And the one I have to pay tolls to get to.
