I installed the trailer backup camera today, works awesome! The issue is now my bed camera doesn’t work. Has anyone had this happen and found a solution? Sorry for the sideways photos, I can’t figure out how to rotate them.
Top left on the screen with the two cameras is how you switch cameras, however, did you add this xtra camera yourself, there is a box that is needed for adding cameras to the first instance camera.
Thanks for the response. Yes, I’m able switch cameras between all the views. This is the Ford trailer camera kit, supposed to be plug and play. All views work fine except the bed camera, with or without the trailer plugged in. I’ll stop by the dealer tomorrow and see what they can tell me.

check the connector under the bed.. I added dialectric grease to mine..
Nothing from the dealer today, I have to drop it off so they can see if it’s a software issue. They said to try a hard reset by disconnecting the batteries and see if it does anything. I may or may not try that, my next 2 weeks are crazy busy with work so I wont have a chance to drop it off anytime soon. According to them there is nothing hardware related that would cause the problem just by plugging the camera in.
