idle problems

I have a 84 F-150 4x4 with a 351w, 4 barrel carb. My problem is the truck won't hold an idle in park. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem,I realy love this truck and love driving it on the streets and off road. Any help ,I would appreciate,THANKS

bad idle=problem with vaccum

what kind of carb what intake check all vacum lines look into the carb see if it's spilling fuel in could be a stuck float need more info tha just won't run in park
