This is the cleanest Excursion you'll find for sale in the area. It was originally a federal government vehicle and spent the first 11 years of its life in Arizona. It is rust free. No patches or body work. It came with a bench seat but I installed bucket seats and a console. I also installed a rear Hellwig sway bar. It has 4 practically new factory size Michelin tires mounted on Excursion Limited wheels.

It has a Pioneer AM/FM Navigation radio with a backup camera. I installed a self-dimming rear view mirror with Homelink. It has a Diehard AGM battery that I keep on a Battery Tender in the garage. It has been garaged since I've owned it and it rarely gets taken out in the winter (I have an old Subaru wagon that I use). It has both carpeted and rubber floor mats, a dash cover and two-tone steering wheel cover that I installed to protect the factory wheel that's in great shape. All interior overhead lights were switched to LED.

I have all of the paperwork from the previous owner, who was a mechanic. He upgraded both axles to 4:30 gears. This is a great towing vehicle. With the 4:30 gears, it's rated to tow up to 11,000 lbs. It has Bilstein 5100 series shocks in the front and Gabriel Max Control mono tube shocks in the rear. I will throw in the rear Bilsteins that came on it. I removed them because they were for a lifted Excursion and this one is stock. The brakes have also been upgraded with drilled/slotted rotors. Heated/signal towing mirrors from later model Super Duty. Too many things to list. I will include a folder with all work that was done to the vehicle by the previous owner and myself.

I hate to get rid of it, but we're going to be getting a 5th wheel trailer. Excursions are great, roomy vehicles, but can't tow a 5th wheel.
