Morning Ken - quite a difference between pancreatitis and sciatica !! Glad he finally was able to figure it out.....surgery isn't a fun thing.

 

Good morning Massachusetts...and...those who visit this Saturday #4...a bright sunshiny day here...but...a bit chilly. Lots of accident throughout the state this morning courtesy of plenty of black ice on the highways and biways. I sure hope the travelling is better where you are!!!

Morning Bud...it wasn't the guy who diagnosed pancreatitis who figured it out...it was the 4 lady DRS who visited me that figured it out.

Good Morning Massachusetts and glad to hear you are on up and about Ken. But I wonder! 4 Lady Doctors, I would have been sick even if I were not to get 4 ladies to come see me. We also know Doctors are touchy feely people but 4 ladies!!!!

You got that right Rod!!! One was an ED doc...the second was my nephrologist...the last 2 were hospitalists assigned to me during my 2 day stay.

 

I'm doing fine Ken, how's the back pain today, manage to get any rest..?

 

Back pain is still there...haven't slept much in the last 3 days. I was in the ED for 12 hours...they said there were no beds available. When they finally took me upstairs...the room they put me in had 2 empty beds...and...the housekeepers card on the bedside table indicated that they had been cleaned the day before. I got all kinds of excuses when I questioned different people about that.

 

Getting any more rest being back home..?

 

A bit more...at least there's no one bothering me every 4 hour to check vitals...but...there's still quite a bit of discomfort.

Gotta run...the heating pad awaits. Y'all behave now because I'll be checking in later. Peace!!!

Good afternoon all...hope your day is going better than mine. Tuna the Cat has turned into Cujo the Cat once again. He's damaged the power cord to the tv...and...although it works...I get a slightly snowy pic and background static...not a pleasant viewing experience at all. Looks like a trip to Staples is on the agenda for this afternoon.

I'd be hot wiring the cat after that Ken...
