What type of infotainment system do you have?
The ESN# is just like a VIN# but for the head unit and it’s used by a company such as Sirius to determine if your system has or hasn’t been activated for their service.
It’s also used for map updates for the OEM navigation system.
One can locate it in the settings menu.

Keep in mind that even though there’s a map update available, there’s no guarantee that the road you mentioned will be on the latest map update for the factory navigation because the updated maps are literally 2-3 years behind the maps of the main players in the market like Apple and Google Maps.
