Kinda, but I don't have too much room once it's in.

Does your Excursion fit in your garage?

Our '03 4X4 fits...just. I have to park on the single car side of a 3-car garage (8' nominal width door next to a 16' nominal width door). My wife gets to park on the double-width side (because she needs it). To top it off, our garage is 90 degrees relative to the street, meaning you have to to 90 degrees to line up as you are coming in. My side is on the inside of the arc.
Kids and wife bail out on the driveway before anything. Passenger folds in right hand trailer tow mirror. I fold in drivers side mirror. Hold sharp steering angle and straighten up as you pass through the door. Line up very carefully. About 3" left on both sides on the way in. Watch out for work bench on the front wall, clear it by 4" on the drivers side. Ignore antenna hitting the door frame on the way in--it flexes. Keep right hand mirror about 3" from tool cabinet hanging on passenger wall. Stop just when the tennis ball touches the windshield. Once the truck is all the way in, the garage door clears it by 3". Roof rack clears garage door opener by 2.5".
Well, I've put it in about 12 times w/o incident for the first 2 weeks. I do like the truck, but this is one of my biggest challenges. Requires a lot of depth perception.

I just checked the poll, and somehow I'm amazed that a little under the half of you that voted, can fit your rig into your garage. This is simply amazing becuase people who reviewed the Excursion said it wouldn't fit in a conventional garage. Guess we showed them......

This is an OLD thread that got resurfaced by Dereck's AWESOME garage!
But I noticed the antenna comments above...I'm SURE this has been figured out by now...
You can simply PULL off the top BB ball cap on the antenna and then saw off the antenna to a height that doesn't WHAP as you drive in and out...then use a small file and file down the cut end and make a small taper...then tap the BB ball cap back on and touch up with some paint to match...I challenge anyone to know that my OEM antenna has been "altered"! LOL
BTW...My Ex fits in my garage with plenty of room to spare behind...now on the sides by the mirrors...well...
And the room behind?...well...

I haven't tested this antenna trick on my EX yet, but on my previous E250 extended cargo van(which would not fit in a seven foot door), the antenna would drag just before the roof hit. This came in very handy in parking garages. If i saw the antenna drag, I knew I couldn't go any farther.
