Your FPR plunger is stuck/bad fpr spring let alone, id suspect a rolled injector oring for blue smoke present.
Blue smoke can also be contributed to a bad seal/s within the turbo

Thanks guys I've ordered a new regulator and hopefully that will fix my problem I'll let everyone know when it comes in
